The muscle, the joint, or the bone needs some rest to physically repair, so we have to reduce training load. But to physically repair the muscle, the joint, or the bone needs the right biochemical substrates. Just like you cannot build a brick house without bricks, you cannot heal bone without Calcium, Arginine, and Zinc.
